Doctors working for Neural Networks will be coming from tertiary level centers such as All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), M.S. Ramaiah Hospital , Manipal Hospital and will all work on an honorary basis. In addition, as the program progresses we will bring in doctors from the United States to provide outreach care for two – three weeks at a time. Neural Networks will provide adequate financial compensation for the medical residents, interns and dedicated paramedical personnel such as nurses, technicians etc. Physicians and students who come from abroad to volunteer will also be reimbursed for travel expenses. We are anticipating Phase I to begin in early 2007.
